Odd - but compelling story

I've never looked at the world from a vampire's point of view before.... especially a reluctant (and unconventional) vampire.

This was was definitely different from any book I've read before. It was full of twists and turns and a surprising ending for sure!

It was a bit slow at times, but so intriguing I just kept reading. I really enjoyed all the characters and getting to understand them. In the end, like all good stories, it's about love. Familial love and new love. Love is important to us all - even vampires.
